- For new employees, in most cases, your email address is firstinitiallastname@redcliffhealth.org. Contact IT if in doubt.
- When offsite, you can access your mail via the web by going to https://login.microsoftonline.com. Enter your email address and password.
- You can also access your email with your smartphone by downloading the app named Microsoft Outlook. There is a much better mail app called “Nine” published by 9Folders Inc., but it costs $10. As of this writing, Nine is available for Android only.
- The following address groups exist.
- RHC-Staff@redcliffhealth.org – This address does not include staff in nutrition, optometry, physical therapy, podiatry, or women’s health.
- RHC-EHR@redcliffhealth.org – Principle individuals involved in electronic health records software management and training.
- RHC-Supervisors@redcliffhealth.org – What it says.
- Creating a signature. All employees must have a signature following this format.
- Open Outlook
- Click File (top left)
- Click Options
- Click Mail on the left and look at right under Compose Messages. Click the Signatures button.
- Click New
- Provide a name, then OK
- Type the content into the large white field. The content of your signature should include what is shown below.
- With your cursor at the bottom, click the image insert icon to add the RCCHC image. The RCCHC image is located at: S:\Forms-Brochures-BusinessCards\RCCHC Letterhead\Images for Your Email Tagline\RCCHC Footer.jpg
- Click Insert
- At top right, select your signature file for the “New Messages” and “Replies/Forwards”. Click OK.

- Inside Organization is everyone with a redcliffhealth.org, redcliff-nsn.gov and redcliffhousing.org email address.
- Outside Organization is everyone else.
- Recalling an email – You may find the Outlook Recall option useful. This attempts to recall an email that you send to someone in the Red Cliff community email system. Here’s how to do it.
- Go to your sent items folder.
- Find the message you want to recall and double click it so that it opens in its own window.
- At the top, find the Move section and click Actions, then Recall this Message.
- There are options in the Recall tool that you can select as needed.
- This works for email sent to redcliff-nsn.gov, redcliffhealth.org, and redcliffhousing.org and only if the recipient has not opened your message.
- Resending an email
- Find the email you wish to resend and open it in its own window
- Near the top, center find the Move category and click Actions > Resend
