Our care providers can take care of everyone in your family. We can test for common diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. We can take care of your bumps, scrapes, fractures and lacerations too.
The great team of medical providers available to you includes:
Ann Reitz, M.D. and Medical Director
I am from Duluth originally. I did my medical training at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, then Residency in Family Medicine at St Paul-Ramsey Medical Center, finishing in 1989. I spent the next 25 years working for the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, first in Chinle, Arizona, then in Crownpoint, New Mexico. I moved to Port Wing to be closer to family. I miss my Navajo patients, but New Mexico is too far to travel to work! I am very grateful, therefore, to be given this opportunity to work with the Red Cliff community and the Health Services team as a Family Medicine physician, and Medical Director.
Kathryn Stolp, M.D.

Khou Xiong, Certified Physician Assistant
Khou is a Physician Associate. She completed her Bachelor of Art in French in 2004 and Master of Science in Education in 2008. She spent some years teaching English and French before switching focus to healthcare. Khou finished her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2012 and has been with the Red Cliff Tribe since. She is passionate about health equity advocacy. She played an important role in testimonials to the Wisconsin House and Senate Panels in 2019 to get WI ACT 23, a key legislative step in modernizing the PA-MD relationship, passed. Khou speaks Hmoob, French and English. She loves reading and remains current in French by reading and watching French-based journals and shows. She has three children who take up much of her time doing fun things like going to the beach, spending a day at the ski hill (right in her backyard!), baking cookies and making crafts. When Khou grows up, she wants to return to Southeast Asia and set up a Hmoob village school and outpatient clinic somewhere in Laos.
