- When this happens, the first thing to check is our BrightSpeed connection to the Internet. If that goes down, we fail over to the tribe’s Internet and all of our VPNs stop working. To confirm whether the BrightSpeed connection is working, go to https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and check what our IP address is. It must be 4.43.103.218. If it is anything else, none of our VPNs will work. Our VPNs are: Radiological Associates in Duluth (I don’t think this is used), Tamarack PACS, Quest Lab, IHS (although this no longer has a big impact on us), MCN Healthcare (Policy Manager Software Active Directory user sync), and Greenway (we send data out via the little PC on top of the cabinet in the data room). Our connection to BrightSpeed was working.

- When our connection to PACS goes down in the future, we need to call 715-685-5585 and leave name, number, organization and description of problem.
