Per RCCHC Billing Policy: RCCHC exists primarily to service and improve the health of the Red Cliff Community and therefore as beneficiaries of health services will not be billed for services received. In addition, Clinic patients who have furnished proof that they are enrolled members of other “Federally” recognized Indian Tribes or descendant of an enrolled member will also not be billed for services received at RCCHC. Patients who are members of other Tribes will be required to submit written, legal proof of their enrollment status. A copy of this proof will be retained on file by the Registration staff. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay, in accordance with the National Health Service Corp Agreement.
